Overview of the Platform

Our customers use the Platform and its AI‑powered features to interact with their end users (“End Users”). As part of these interactions, we may use AI agents to communicate with End Users and collect personal information from them. The personal information we may collect from End Users includes, but is not limited to, recordings and transcriptions of communications between End Users and our AI agents.

Disclosure Regarding Customer Information

This Privacy Notice does not apply to personal information that we process solely on behalf of our customers under a written agreement (“Customer Information”). Customer Information is governed by our customers' own privacy notices or policies. Our processing of Customer Information is governed by our contracts with those customers, not this Privacy Notice.

Any questions or requests relating to Customer Information should be directed to the applicable customer.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time at our discretion. If we make changes, we will post the updated version on our Site and may also send additional notifications.

If you are an End User interacting with one of our AI agents through your relationship with a Le Techie customer, we may collect any personal information you provide during that interaction. This may include your name, contact information, details about your inquiry, audio recordings, and transcriptions of your communications with the AI agent.

Purchases

We may collect personal information related to purchases, including billing details. Payments are processed by third‑party payment processors; Le Techie does not store payment card numbers but may receive associated billing information.

Your Communications With Us

We and our service providers may collect information you send to us, such as emails or messages through our chat tools.

Surveys

Interactive Features

Le Techie Customers

If you are an End User interacting with our AI agent on behalf of a Le Techie customer, we may disclose the personal information collected during that interaction to the Le Techie customer with whom you have a relationship.

Any personal information provided to the Le Techie customer may also be subject to that customer's privacy policy. We are not responsible for a customer's processing of your personal information.

Business Partners

We may disclose your personal information to business partners to provide you with a product or service you have requested. We may also disclose personal information to business partners with whom we jointly offer products or services.

Once your personal information is disclosed to a business partner, it will be subject to that partner's privacy policy. We are not responsible for the processing of personal information by our business partners.

Le Techie Customers (Authorized Users Only)

If you use our Services as an employee, contractor, or other authorized user of a Le Techie customer, that customer may access information associated with your use of the Services, including usage data and the contents of communications and files associated with your account.

Your personal information may also be subject to that customer's privacy policy. We are not responsible for the customer's processing of your personal information.

Affiliates

We may disclose your personal information to our corporate affiliates.

Advertising Partners

When you visit the Site, we may disclose personal information to third‑party advertising partners that may set Technologies or other tracking tools to collect information about your device and activities (e.g., IP address, cookie identifiers, pages visited, location, time of day).
